Good news and bad news. Looks like Fox have gone back to their original blu ray source rather than the most recent DNR release that had waxy images. So grain is still intact but this 4K release looks no better than blu ray so has not been remastered. Don't expect an upgrade in sound as still has the DTS 5.1 soundtrack carried over from previous discs so no Atmos or DTS X. You decide on whether this is a decent upgrade. I still feel the 3D version is the way to go.
