Alien 4k
i have loved alien for years and to get it in shiny 4k is a real bonus. zavvi sent the film super quick and on offer it was cheap as well. always use zavvi and always will

Not the best transfer, still incredible movie.
I won’t need to review the movie, that speaks for itself. This 4k transfer, is not the best I’ve seen, and felt more ipscalled than anything else. It’s not terrible, but I was expecting better. Aliens had a brilliant 4k transfer, and I wish this was that.Â

Classic in 4k.
An absolute fantastic classic movie. Its great to have the theatrical and directors cut both in 4k. Picture and sound are great and the films still stands up after all these years.

Breathtakingly amazing in 4k just wow you see all the bits you missed in the darkness of the original. Stunning clarity upscale visuals and sound. One of the best from the 80’s horror films.Â

A great classic in 4k
Having owned this classic on VHS/DVD/BLU RAY I thought I would get the 4k version to see it in the best quality possible, I was not wrong it is amazing & I thought blu ray was brilliant but 4k is the best yet. This movie being one of my favourites it delivers as a tense sci-fi thriller with horror elements & if you have not seen this classic then I highly recommend it especially in 4k. Fantastic

Perfect Movie
A gorgeous transfer of one of the greatest horror films ever made. The disc is a little thin with regards to extras, but the two cuts of the films are impeccable.

Able to see things and detail the blu ray/dvd doesn’t
The entire segment of the movie set on the planet with the French pastry ship and cocoons (die hard alien fan I know!) was always a problem visually on both the DVD and Blu ray. This 4K scan show it’s all perfectly, detailing each aspect of the egg chamber. Very impressed

Alien is one of my favourite movies of all time and watching it again in 4k is just absolutely fantastic! The picture is so clear and bright and looks absolutely incredible! Sound is also great! Great step up from watching it on the blu ray if your a fan of alien and ridley Scott I definitely recommend getting alien in 4k 10/10

Suspense Horror
A true classic horror. The 4K remaster is amazing….great HDR and digital sound. Hopefully Aliens will also be realised soon on 4K
