- The large roller gate can be opened by pulling it up.
- There is parking space in the underground car park for the Ecto-1 Ghostbusters car, which is available separately (item no. 9220).
- The ghosts caught during ghost-busting action can be held in the red "Ghost Containment Unit" in the basement. To place ghosts in here, open the red flap, slide the ghost trap into the slot provided and flip the switch.
- Incl. Ray Stantz in Ghostbusters outfit, Egon Spengler in a lab coat, Janine as the secretary to Keymaster Louis Tully, and the Library Ghost.
- Figures can be attached to the fireman's pole and slide down, to leap into action as quickly as possible.
