Great Piece of Kit

Excellent Device
I had to choose between this and a Hudle for my 3 year old son and have to say I made the right choice. Spending a little extra got my son a solid build, reliable usage, great screen and just overall super fast budget tablet that does not feel like it was bought on a budget. I have had barely any slowdown especially compared to any other tablet I have used in this price range (and even my iPad 2!) Do yourself a favour, spend a little extra and get this great device. You will not be disappointed.

My first Tablet
As this is my first tablet having only the experience of a laptop or a Blackberry to compare usefulness, my enitial feelings are of delight at the quality of the display and the way it deals with our slow rurual broadband speed. My plan was to use it in place of my laptop for general internet searches of Google and youtube videos and so far It has performed very well and may use it for skype which I have steered clear of in the past, The screen looks super when using twitter and facebook much better than my Blackberry when sitting in the armchair in the evenings, and I hsave loaded all my cd's onto it from the laptop. I paid £119 for it which seems value for money And seeing as I will be 70 this year I find it easy to use and am getting used to the Keyboard the first time I have used a virtual keyboard

Nice nexus
Having previously bought Nexus 2013s for Christmas gifts I couldn't resist acquiring this older model for such a fantastic price. It does everything I ask, has a fabulous picture quality and really, on a day-to-day basis, it's performance is indistinguishable from the newer model and iPad mini. Highly recommended.

ASUS Nexus 7
Superb device. Cheapest price I saw was on Zavvi. Only gripe I have is Android related - it does not connect to hidden SSID WiFi Networks. Very usable. Bought for my mother as Mothering Sunday (AKA Mother's Day!) gift and she (at 77 years old) was delighted and "got it" without any difficulty. May get one for myself ... ;-)
