What is True Diet?
True Diet is a delicious protein shake that includes 36g of protein with 8g of carbohydrates.
Benefits of True Diet
The combination of premium protein, fibre and low GI carbohydrates make this blend quick and easy to mix, helping you to maintain smaller, regular meals throughout the day. Green Tea Extract, Guarana, CLA and Chromium are all included in the blend. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Who is True Diet Suitable for?
True Diet is great tasting and easy to mix meal replacement, making this unique blend a great alternative to unhealthy snacks in between meals.
Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.

Add 1 or 2 scoops (1 scoop is approximately 28g) depending on your own personal tastes and nutrition needs. Mix with 150-300ml of water or skimmed milk (for a thicker shake use less liquid, for a thinner shake add more).
For best results, add the liquid first, and then powder into one of our shakers or blenders. Once mixed consume immediately.
True Diet is an ideal substitute for breakfast, or midmorning/afternoon snacks. We recommend two servings per day.
