Beta-Ecdysterone is a naturally occurring phytochemical found in herbs or roots such as Cyanotis Vaga. Recent studies have suggested that when consumed alongside a structured weight routine, Beta-Ecdysterone can help improve lean mass without the addition of body fat.
Beta-Ecdysterone has been shown to stimulate protein metabolism and promote growth whilst reducing tissue breakdown. When the muscle is provided with more protein, it is more likely to grow in size and increase in strength.
