5So I have both an XB1 and a PS4. The PS4 is a far nicer bit of kit (technically) and the interface is better too... The only drawback to it? No decent games yet! Killzone is technically brilliant, but otherwise pretty average. Knack is ok - like crash bandicoot et al but graphically nothing better than PS3 even. XB1's Dead Rising and Forza do smash it out of the park, even with the supposed resolution 900p etc issues. When the games come out, I've no doubt PS4 will be my preferred system.... but right now, too little to play on it...

fantastic service
5Fantastic service from zavvi, when everywhere else was sold out zavvi had preorder for 31st dec, I ordered not expecting to get one but by 3pm on the 31st I received the console and I had only ordered it the day before! My step son was very happy and me too! Excellent service zavvi :)

5I had an Xbox 360 previously and decided to switch to Playstation mainly due to the cheaper cost and I have not been disappointed. The console is fantastic it is perfect for a gaming experience and adds all the functions of a smart TV to your TV.

PS4 bundle
4I ordered a bundle pack for my sons which included Killzone, Just Dance and NBA14, along with a PS vita and £25 PSN voucher. I ordered on the Thursday and received it on the Friday so very impressed with that. The PS4 is a marvellous system, the controllers are very comfortable and fit nicely into your hands. The graphics are immense and there is no lag time anywhere. The only thing about this bundle is the choice of games that come with it. Killzone is excellent but I am going to have to sell Just Dance and NBA. What sort of person wants this collection of games?! Very disappointed in zavvi who, for £720 should have offered a choice of 3 games or Killzone plus two others. The inclusion of the PS vita seems a tad unnecessary too and smacks of profiteering. However, after having been let down by Amazon on launch day I was determined to get a PS4 as soon as possible and at least they kept their next day delivery promise! All in all, my son is delighted with the system and I'd be lying if I said I hadnt fallen a little bit in love with it (FIFA) myself!

5Excellent service from zavvi delivering to my door, launch day way before half past four. 5 stars for product 5 stars for service. The PlayStation 4, need I say more.

5Excellent console - only let down was Killzone which was poor but made up for by AC4 which is stupendous! Good service from Zavvi will use again.

Next Gen Gaming at its best
4Despite the sore lack of launch titles, this PS4 console is everything that was expected and then some. With true 1080p gaming and digital audio out for surround, this really takes gaming to a new level. A lot of issues the first week thus far but 90% have been from game developers issues and nothing to do with Sonys hardware. If the launch title lineup had remained the same as was previously advertised would be an all round 5* release if you haven't got yourself a Ps4 yet do anything within your power to do so :)
