4A typically high quality product from Sony but doesn't really add much to the PS4 experience, and in some cases makes it much worse! Firstly the good; the visual recognition login for multiple users is very neat if a little gimmicky, but the optics seem very good, even in darkened room with projector its still able to get more than adequate quality images and the tracking seems very good indeed. The voice commands are useful but a little clunky, for example to put the console to standby you have to go through "PlayStation", "HomeScreen", "Power", "Enter Standby Mode". It doesn't seem to take abbreviations so you can just say "Standby" after power; you have to read the full menu text! Also the commands at least for now are fairly limited The main bad point however, is that in games such as Need For Speed, because the camera has a built in mic, it will automatically activate, with no obvious option to mute it - therefore other people in the room can hear sounds from your speakers and the room whether you want to or not. The solution seems to be to plug the headset into the controller, which then automatically mutes the camera's microphone. All in all, an impressive product, but needs some further work and applications to make use of it before it will be truly useful.
