Awful quality and as others say all the figures are doubled up so you can't get a set just more of the same

Duplicates 🙄.....and...
....and to add to a previous review, on opening some more individual boxes a couple of the pieces are damaged. Including a 1 eared horse. Lucky I have a spare 🙄😅

These are great value as display or chess pieces. Well made and attractive - Mine are on the bookshelves and look very at home. Detail and price is great

Duplicate order received
The quality is good but the pieces you get don't seem to be random. I've got 2 orders with the exact same Chess Pieces. I wouldn't of minded if a few were the same, so I won't be buying again.

Bought 2 and they're the same
Bought 2 and was hoping for 2 different sets but not only they are exactly the same but also none of those most popular characters are in the set. A bit disappointing. but overall, happy with the quality and details of figures

OK selection despite being random
10 random figures of good quality received, enough decent ones to be worthwhile. One had come loose from its base, but easily repaired. Shame they can't offer mixed "bags" with different contents (some of the main characters and some minor) in each "bag". If they did I would order more but I'm not going to spend more money and risk lot of duplicates!

Collectable Lord of the Rings Chess Pieces by Eaglemoss - Who would want three identical sets !!!
They advertise 3 different sets yet they supply 3 identical sets, logic and common sense would suggest that most if not all would want 3 different sets !! This was my first order with ZAVVI, can't say I'm impressed .. I run my own company and my primary goal is to keep my clients happy and re-ordering !!
