Solid, sturdy piece of kit for a star wars fan
Handles cables more reliably than a trooper with a blaster rifle. Xbox controllers rest better at the back and upside down otherwise it won't sit at all. The quality is excellent and the finish is a sturdy and solid effort. As a collector of all things stormtrooper, i highly recommend this item!

Solid, sturdy piece of kit for a star wars fan
This is a good quality product, careful with the blaster rifle though, as mishandling will bend it - probably why stormtroopers seem to miss most of the time. The inclusion of a USB-C cable is not really much of a necessity - though convenient if you are looking for a replacement cable, for what the product does on it's own, it seems a bit of a redundant inclusion - unless you need the cable. I found that the phone holder side of things - it works pretty well. You can rest your phone against the forearm of the trooper, or have it rested on it's back and it holds pretty well. I should imagine for PS controllers it probably works pretty well, but for XBOX one controllers.....not so great - I found that I had to put the controller for an xbox one with the triggers facing downwards in order for it not to slip off, and I'm not sure how I feel about potentially having it drop off and hitting the floor triggers and bumpers first - that way replacement land lies. You'll just have to use the for- I mean common sense to determine which way to put controllers on it, but for phone holding it's a good thing to have. OH and one more thing, if you intend to get this and put it on a wooden surface, you'll be wanting to get some protective pads for the base - there is no protective surface at the base of the product which can lead to surface scratches on furniture. Good, solid, well made bit of kit though.
