Luke Preece is a UK-based illustrator. His work combines the visceral power of Heavy Metal iconography and the intricacy of 70s/80s science fiction, presented with a clear, compositionally-led design aesthetic.
Growing up in the 80s and 90s on a diet of SF and fantasy movies, comics, and Metal music, Luke's earliest design work was the cover art for his own bands. Pursuing a career in design and illustration led him eventually to the legendary UK comic 2000AD.
Luke has collaborated with galleries worldwide for numerous exhibitions and events, has produced sought-after limited-edition screenprints, designed gig posters for his musical heroes and much more. Clients include Santa Cruz Skateboards, Xbox, Gears of War, Activision, Tony Hawk, Bethesda, Hasbro, Epic Games, Marvel, Arrow Video, Lucasfilm, Rebellion, Metallica, Slipknot, Ozzy Osbourne, Motley Crue, Sony Music, Music For Nations and Rockstar Energy Drink, amongst others.

Colour blind
As others have said it's q different colour from that shown, but a beautiful piece of art. I've also bought the limited edition skateboard deck which has the same design & a complimentary colour scheme to this print. If you enjoy the design it's also available on baseball shoes, a jacket with it on the back and I think a hoodie or sweatshirt are still available on site and worth a look, especially if you're a red carpet member as it's worth trying the 10% off code and obviously the free delivery is a bonus too. Saved me a small fortune every year since I signed up.

Great but….
Looks great and the print is good quality. However the print I received is not the same colour as the one advertised. The one pictured is clearly blue but I received an orange one. Still looks great but just be wary if your planning on it matching a colour palette.

Lovely Design but is actually orange not blue
Beautiful print but the image is very clearly blue on here however the final print that I received is orange. Strange thing to do when both version look nice
