ZombiU WOW. What a game, haven't felt this fragile while playing a game since the Resident Evil 1 era. I do not understand why this game has received so many low scores from famous websites. I imagine they were expecting a shoot em up game and bumped in to this. This is a REAL survival game. One mistake and your dead. You lose your character forever and start off again with a new person. Of course, you can go back to where your previous survivor died and try and kill him to get your back pack again. Lots of nervous moments, lots of moments where you will jump out of your chair. A MUST HAVE game on the WiiU.

To be honest I'm not a gamer, I have played a few games on the Wii, but mostly with the kids! I bought ZombiU for my man for Christmas to use with his new Wii U console. We started playing the game the other night and we were very impressed. It is very dark and scary. The controller takes a bit of getting used to. It's a very clever game. We both loved it as we love zombie stuff!

ZombiU is hard! If you want a challenge then you've got one. Don't be put off by some of the reviews, this is one of the games of 2012. It's a must buy for the Wii U.

I thoroughly enjoyed ZombiU and I would recommend all mature gamers to have a go. Being a resident of England, I was very happy to play a zombie game which I could associate with. It reminded me of films like 28 Days Later and Shaun of the Dead. The atmosphere is similar too. It's very realistic and grim, even the sad piano music reminds me of them. The game pad controls were a mixed bag for me. I enjoyed the backpack system. It felt slow and cumbersome, as if you were actually rummaging around in a bag for what you needed. Less control equals more fear, however scanning around for items felt tiresome after a while. The later part of the game was a bit of a downer for me. The game's point of no return is location scripted, but why on earth have the fast travel point and previously unlocked doors suddenly become inaccessible? This didn't make any sense and was annoying. The zombies themselves felt very dangerous and tough. When it sticks to the scientific, the game feels realistic. Overall, it's refreshing and atmospheric. Every gamer should give this game a try.

King of the Zombies

This is a must have purchase for Wii U owners. Really shows off what the new console is capable of and the game play is fantastic. Creates real tension and genuine upset when a character is killed. Plenty of tense moments to freak you out as well as unstoppable hordes eager to eat your brains. Just one problem is that your character can be killed from a relatively small fall so just watch your step.
