A flawed, but fun sequel to a long-running wrestling series
SvR 2011 is a new chapter in the popular pro wrestling franchise, which brings some interesting ideas to the table. The main attractions this time around are a brand new game mode, called WWE Universe, and greatly improved physics system, which especially comes to life in extreme matches (TLC, Ladder, Hell in a cell etc.). There are also some new match types, a new feature Match Creator that allows players to create their own match types and a bunch of creation tools, which let you design your own ring gear, title belts, create new supertars and finisher moves, make your own storylines and more. Unfortunately the game still has some old problems, like bugs, weak AI, dated graphics engine and limited multiplayer, but they are not a deal-breakers by any means, So, if you are a fan of Smackdown vs Raw series or professional wrestling for that matter, SvR 2011 is definitely worth picking up.
