Star Wars Kinect Xbox 360
5Firstly from the start Star Wars (Kinect) truly is a Stars Wars experience from the music to the interaction from the various Star Wars characters. The game also has a variety of games to play from racing to fighting to even dancing. Overall it's an excellent game which will keep you coming back for a long time.

Expectations met
5After seeing some of the reviews on the internet, I thought I'd thrown my money away. However, when the game arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The graphics are nice, emerging the player into the Star Wars world. The controls are not bad for Kinect - of course, those players used to controller games will miss the precision. But, as I see it, this game is not about the precision, it is about playing a role in an interactive movie. It is very easy to play - even my 4 year old daughter could jump in and have fun. There are also alternative mini-games like dancing with some characters which are quite fun. I guess it all depends on your expectations. In my opinion, it is one of the best non-sport Kinect games so far.

star wars kinect
5Star Wars (Kinect) is a very good game, especially if you are a Star Wars fan. Everything is possible to do as a Jedi, nice side games although I am not a great dancer, and a good game for a reasonable price. A hit for the fans, for other people it may be kind of love it or hate it.

Not bad
4This game is the reason a got the kinect so I was eagerly awaiting it's release. It is good and bad at the same time. The pod racing is excellent. My 11 year old son loves the rancor smash and it is great exercise. The starfighter battles are good once u get used to the sensitivity. The adventure story mode(lightsaber based) is good but also a little disappointing. The motions u carry out with your body aren't truly reflected with what your character does on the screen. This results in some annoying strikes that you shouldn't have recieved, plus the story is a little short. If you are a massive starwars fan (like me)you will like this. Move the furniture out of the way and take on the sith until your arms go numb :-)

The force is alright with this one
3The ability to swing around an imaginary lightsaber and use the force through the Kinect is brilliant. First impressions, the motion detection and processing could be sharper, there is some delay between your action and the on-screen character moving. The robots do talk a lot initially, but thankfully they do shut up after an initial play through. The pro's; it's Star Wars! I'm sure a lot of fans were waiting for this, and playing it on the Kinect is quite cool compared to using the controller for other Star Wars games. All in all, if you're a fan, I would recommend it, just for the pleasure of whirling your lightsaber around the room and being able to push someone with the force.
