This game is great if your a Naruto fan, but average if not. The animation and fighting is excellent. But the story mode lacks depth and theirs a alot of tedious running between fights. The fighting is top notch and looks really stylish, with the advantage of having two support characters you can fight with three of your favourite characters at once! Overall the fighting is 5 Star but the story mode is only 2 star.

This game takes you from the beginning of Naruto Shippuden all the way to the fight with Pain. I've watched all of those episodes, and I must say that playing the game was better than watching the animé itself! First thing that amazed me was seeing the Naruto universe in a totally different light! The graphics are 3D and in full HD, so the colours are really rich and aid in complementing the beautiful sceneries. The fighting system reminded me of the dragon ball fighting styles, except the area isn't as big or destructible. However, I feel that this makes the battles more 'up close and personal', something that Naruto loves! The story mode perfectly sums up Shippuden from the beginning to the fight with Pain. Some scenes it shows differently, but most of the time it's better! Another thing I loved about this game was the free roam map! I loved that I could openly explore the Naruto universe that's been shown up until the Pain battle; it doesn't hold your hand all the time like modern games tend to do now-a-days. The online is fun, however I've found that depending on a persons connection the battle can suffer from phases of lag, which is incredibly annoying! Oh, and a warning to people who plan to play this game online; people tend to just spam moves, especially the 4th Hokage's teleport Rasengan - don't say I didn't warn you. This is a must own for any Naruto fan! However, even people who are new to Naruto, or gamers that love fighting games should get this; quality of game play isn't sacrificed for its great quality of storyline.

This is probably the best Naruto game ever, full stop. This game takes you through the main points of the Shippuden storyline including Kakashi's Bell Test, 10 vs 100 Puppets fight, 4 tailed Naruto vs Orochimaru and Sage Naruto vs Pain. With an impressive collection of characters to play as in the Story mode, you can also take the game online and fight against other people.

This game is amazing, the graphics and the fighting is awsome the story line follows the anime realy well and the addition of an extra character lars is exiting. This game is not just for people who like naruto everybody will like this game, also the finishing moves in naruto are spectacular. The game is really good. It's addictive. The story is fairly complete and in certain parts, better than the anime. Gives pleasure unlockśthis characters. The online battles are also pretty epic.

If you know Naruto and you love fighting games, this is the game you should buy. The fighting system works great, the camera works great and the storyline and cutscenes between the fight are just AWESOME :) There's nothing not to like about this game, even the achievements (for the achievementhunters) are not hard at all. Everything about the game has been taken care of. I'm not really watching the Naruto shows, but I know I do like fighting games and cartoon-style games. That's one of the reasons I bought this game. The other one is that the game Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 is really cheap on this site. I compared a lot of sites and this is probably the cheapest and most reliable site there is. Conclusion: If you like Naruto and fighting games, this is a game that should be in your game collection ;)

now, long story short. if you even remotely liked the sound of naruto shippuden manga or anime; BUY THIS NOW. for you who never ever heard of this before, let me give you a tip: this is probably one of the best of all out fighting games out there. this stands head to head right next to big titles like tekken and dragonball z. anime knowledge doesnt really play a big part in this game, because the story will unfold as you play and you will learn more and more about the characters as you play through. the graphics are absolutely magnificent, even though it slightly lacks variations of signiture jutsus, the effects, cut scenes and just the game itself is completely amazing. trust me, you will crawl back for more!! make sure you follow the manga too! its HOT right now.
