L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition
4I've always wanted to get it since launch of the game but never got around to buying it. One of the reasons why I wanted to buy the game was the new tech in gaming back then - facial expressions. Although I've been getting the wrong answers so I am clearly not great at reading people's expressions! Nonetheless it is still an enjoying game, however don't expect/compare this to Red Dead Redemption (also by Rockstar), which is a completely different type of game. Each to their own tho!

5L.A. Noire is truly a great game and the facial animation is well worth all the hype. If I had to describe this game in two words they would be "absolutely brilliant" and the story had me guessing the whole time. Trying to find all the clues and pieces of information can be frustrating but in a good way trying to get a five star case can be so addictive. Buying the complete edition is definitely worth the extra money with the new cases. I would recommend this game to any of my friends and would give it five stars.

5L.A Noire just blew my mind, this is one of the best games I have ever played. Graphics, story, characters were dead on, I loved it. Complete Edition is the best one available, I really like the box art and DLC content. Grab it before it runs out of the shelves!

Great Game
4L.A.Noire is a great game with a very interesting storyline, as well as a great city. Rockstar and Team Bondi have worked well to create such a realistic game. The characters look more realistic than previous games, and the game has many different choices, so many, in fact, that most people will not even know what happens if, for example, they answer the wrong question. The main downside, however, is that there is a huge city but not much to do outside of cases, outside of street crimes and finding landmarks. However many buildings are enter-able in free roam that can be entered in missions, so this somewhat makes up for it.

4Rockstar Games are, in my opinion, the best single-player game developer, shared with Bethesda. Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption are the most epic games ever. L.A Noire came to us with big expectations, due to being under this company's name. The story itself is great, but the action parts are not very good. They put too much effort into making the investigation parts excellent, and they got (for the first time) real cars! The number one reason I loved this game was because it gave me some hint on how amazing GTA V could be! To sum it up, there was a lot of time and money put into this game, but I think Rockstar Games prioritied the wrong things.

4L.A. Noire is a very good game, if you enjoy slow-paced investigation and exploration of small areas. You spend your time looking for clues and interviewing potential suspects in a number of cases that take place during the 1940's. It's not the type of game I would recommend to the Call of Duty generation, who only enjoy non-stop action and violence. I think anybody else would I enjoy it.

Excellent game for an excellent price!
5I have to say after all the reviews I had read on the internet, didn't fail any expectation! Great hours of gameplay and action. Great soundtrack too! 1940's LA has been very well recreated, and characters have been well crafted for this purpose: you're a cop, solving cases and responding to crimes around the beatifuly rendered LA. You can progress in your career, from cop to detective...and a bonus...this version includes all the DLC's. All in all...5 stars!

5I'm really enjoying this game! L.A. Noire is a fresh take on the sandbox game-genre, surrounding itself with familiar game mechanics and introducing new ideas into a video game. The Complete Edition is the best version because it includes all the DLC that's been released!
