4It's been 10 years, but the magic that is Halo is still very much alive. Even if game mechanics are heavily outdated, and it will take some time to familiarize with limitations compared to current generation games, you will not be disappointed, at least if you too spent many hours doing multiple rounds with the original classic. There's not much for old fans, but it's worth to mention that video clips found in 10 terminals, hidden in levels, are well done and offer a little different view for those who are familiar with the story. For others, I don't know how well they work.

5Halo Anniversary is a very good game. It's basically Halo 1 in a perfect remastered form. You can switch for the original graphics of the first Halo, to the new ones too. It's an option to make anybody enjoy the game. You must buy it.

4Halo: Anniversary is a great game for anyone looking for a bit of nostalgia as it greatly mimics the first ever Halo game. The game stays true to its routes and plays exactly like it did 10 years ago, which is awesome. The addition of being able to flick back and forth between the originals graphics and the new HD upgrade graphics at the push of a button is great fun and really shows how much the gaming industry has progressed. However, it also shows in the game itself. Frankly, Halo: Reach had better graphics, better single player campaign and a better multiplayer. Buy this game if you have fond memories of Halo 1 and want to experience that thrill again. For everyone else I would recommend Halo: Reach as it is the more complete package. Hope this helps people decide whether to buy it.

5Brilliant game, Zavvi had the best price available. But delivery was lacking, I received a text saying Friday delivery, and it arrived on the following Wednesday. The graphics are great and the whole Halo anniversary theme just perfect.

5Halo Anniversary is a great remake of the first Halo game. It has excellent visuals, much like Halo reach. Love it.

Good action blast
4In a nutshell the game is an upgrade of the original game, it looks nicer of course, although it's still not the stunner that it should be and graphically it's not as nice as the latest Halo games which is slightly disappointing. There's now Kinect support too if that's your thing. At the end of the day it's pretty much the same game, so don't expect too much from it. Definitely should be in any Halo fan's collection but doesn't deserve 5 stars.

5This is an excellent re-mastering of an amazing game! All of the Halo glory, from the beginning, in glorious HD, with the option to change between the old graphics and the new re-mastered ones in game!! So you can see how it used to look and then how amazingly awesome it looks now!! Definitely worth the purchase for any Halo fans!

5I thoroughly enjoyed Halo the first time it came out, and now got to enjoy it in much better picture quality, and Co-op Xbox Live is always a plus.
