Fable = awesome
4I loved this game. It's pretty much like Fable 1 and 2, until halfway through the game where it completely changes around. The story is great and you really have to make soms heartwrenching good/bad choices. Even after the story is done, you keep playing just to collect everything and explore the world. Downside: the loading screen annoys the hell outta you. There are no menus in the game but thats really a disadvantage since you now have to go back and forth to the Sanctuary every time.

Solid entry to the series, though a little dumbed down.
4Fable III places you in the role of the Prince of Albion. Things aren't going well in the kingdom, so it's up to you to sort things out and lead the revolution! The gameplay is standard for Fable. Third person adventuring with an emphasis on questing and exploring. The 3 button combat is simple, but it functions well. There are now only 4 weapon types (pistol, rifle, sword, hammer) which is unfortunate, considering Fable II's wide range of weapons, and there are less clothing options than before- another confusing disappointment. The standard menu system has been completely thrown out, with menus now consisting of a HQ area which you walk around and is fully interactive. This is a nice touch, and though initially irritating, it is easy to get used to. My only gripe with this is that it results in an absence of a useful (and accurate) map. There is no 'minimap', and the main map doesn't even tell you where you are! Confusing design and gameplay choices aside, Fable III is an enjoyable game, with the exciting twist of leadership. The story is engaging, though it can feel a little anti climatic at key moments in then narrative. Still, this is a game worth owning if you're a fan of the series, or adventure RPGs.

New found appriciation for government cuts.
5Fable 3 is a fantastic game that lets anyone new to the franchise pick up and play with ease and lets returning veterans have something to stich their teeth into. The question of what taxes to set and where to put your money in a country is no easy choice, you have to think of your funds and no deceision is going to make everyone happy. This is a good test of character to yourself and lets you rule a country as you see fit. Though this game is abit easy the story is fantastic and definetly worthwhile and the features you can do online such as marry a freind is always a good laugh, except when they take your money. This is a game full of quircks with great story with a great set of characters with an equally great cast list which make the game shine abover others and is much bigger of a game than its predocessor.

amazing
5I recently went to a lionhead fable 3 convention and what can i say... Amazing!!! Some of you may be wondering why would i get fable 3 when fable 2 was such a let down from fable 1. Well the new graphics engine they have applied has made the gameplay much more thrilling and will keep you on the edge of your seat whilst playing quests that rapidly involve the player in to the game. Every step you make will make an impact on albion and its people. cant wait till realease. I would definetly reccomend getting this game. Tom

Best Fable Yet
5I had the honour of going to a sneak preview of fable III, the gameplay is much more easier and smooth than fable II, towns are alot bigger and there are loads of new expressions, weapons and what fable II lacked Armour, I will be getting this game when it comes out as i am a loyal fable fan, honestly if you dont get this game you will miss out on what is the best fable game to date.
