A must for a Tales fan
4This collector's boxset is a bit disappointing when compared to the i.e. Final Fantasy 13-2 Crystal boxset but it's still a must for a Tales of Symphonia fan. The outmost plastic cover is, in my opinion, an example of idiotic designing since the contents will fall when you grab and lift the box because the top and the bottom of the exterior plastic is open. To get your hands to the box's contents, you need to remove the covering plastic completely first. The game itself is a great RPG for the ps3 system, and has been updated a lot from the Gamecube version with tons of extra stuff added. The humor in the game is great and the cast of characters won't leave you cold. Even if you have played the game previously in the GC, I'd still recommend you to play this game, especially if several years have passed since the last time you played and you can only remember bits and pieces of the plot. I still kinda feel the boxset is missing something though. And the box is now hard to get. But I got mine, so I can't complain :)

A Rare Gem
5I originally played tales of Symphonia back on the GameCube and vey much enjoyed it I've been a fan of the Tales series since the days of the PS1 with Tales of Destiny, Symphonia is a fan favourite it is know as one of the best in the series and I would completely agree from the interesting & loveable characters to the vast exciting world you explore it's one hell of an adventure! The storyline is very compelling keeps you intreged and without spoiling anything the Twist you don't see coming well I didn't, I can't say anything about the sequel as I'm yet to play it but I have heard good things, a word on the special edition I was over the moon when it arrived the artwork on the actual box is very impressive, the figurines are very well made and do not look cheap at all & the book is a great addition to the collection it really is a Rare Gem that I will cherish forever.
