5Rockstar is one of my favourite game developers, so i had to try this game, and they did not disappoint me this time either, Red Dead Redemption is in my opinion one of the best games ever released. If you enjoy games with a great story, and enjoyed the GTA series, you will love this game.

amazing
5Red Dead Redemption bassically became the best game i have ever played in a long time. this game is more than you can imagine. there are so many things to do in this game it's unbelievable. the singleplayer is amazing and the multiplayer is even better. every thing you do in singleplayer you can do in multiplayer and much more. i also played Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare and some people say it is even better than the full game. this dlc is very good and i definitely rank it 5 stars.

One of the best
5You just have to have Red Dead Redemption! It does indeed deserve Game Of The Year title. Gameplay is excellent and the plot carries on all the way to the finish. Lot's of side missions and skills to do if you want to carry on and extend the experience. This is by far the best Western game there is!

Along the way, players will experience the heat of gunfights and battles, meet a host of unique characters, struggle against the harshness of one of the world’s last remaining wildernesses, and ultimately pick their own precarious path through an epic story about the death of the Wild West and the gunslingers that inhabited it.

Amazing
5Red Dead Redemption is easily the best Western game you'll ever play until Rockstar makes the better. This game is often compared to GTA4 and said Western version of GTA4 but I disagree in some way because while I did not like GTA4 much I loved Red Dead Redemption in short time. Riding horse, using guns is truly great feeling in this game. If you like Western theme and own a PS3, you should buy this game.

You laughing at my horse stranger?
4Awesome game. Great graphics. Easy to play. A massive sandbox world to explore with loads of different options available. My only criticism is that for the non full on gamer, for the gamer that only gets the occasional chance to play, this is perhaps too big a game. You cant just pick it up and play it for ten minutes. To get the most out of Red Dead you would have to immerse yourself in the game, build up your character, unlock a lot of the content etc. Other than that this is a serious must play for any PS3 owner. A very good game (one that actually entertains when you are sitting watching someone else play it as well as when you are actually playing because the graphics are so good then watching the game is seriously like watching a movie).

Game of the Year 2010, and 11 !
5Hello to all the fans of the rockstar games. I bought that game for a really good price because of the gamescom in cologne 2010. It cost me 25 EUR. In the first days as I treid it out, I haven't been pleased ans although a little bit bored to play that game because it't beginning with hunting some rabbtis or do a horse race with a person you get to know quiet well later in the game ... ...but, as I playes up tp now for more than 30 hours on that game, and I made it thorugh only up tp 30% I have to take back my first impressions. This also the first Open-World Game I played in my life and I am absolutly overwhelemd from everything that the game brings up to you ... The sound ist amazing and and transports you right to the place of a Western Story. The Graphics .. are more overwhelming than anything else because the contructers really thought about any detail. F.e. when it's raining and you look up in the sky you are glad and happy and satisfied that your display gets some water drops. Or even ridiing beside a river leaves some drops on the screen. But also the moutains, the landscpae and every detail of trees, animals, trains anf so on is the best I ever saw. There are so many details wehre you just think one thing: that is again ... AMAZING !!!! The gameplay ist very easy. It's a little bit different to other shooting game but ... Red Dead Redemptiion ist not a shooting game in the dreikt game, but shooting belongs to it besode travalling with your wonderful horse or anything else you coulld travel with. The missions are also great and never get boring. When you are on one mission, you will find three to at least four other missions you can cope with. You may deside to be nice or evil. You may select ... who and how you want to be. So ... coming to an end though I could count up much much more things: This is the greatest game I ever played on the PS3 system and II'm glad that I also bought the Undead Nightmare on BlueRay because it's also that amazing like the first game is ...! Of course ... 5 stars! Rockstar, thank you so much for so many happy hours spending on it ....!

Red Dead Redemption
5Is the best game of the year 2010. Worth all the 100 million dollars they spent to create it. The sound is very good and the story is very engaging. The gameplay is fantastic and the graphics as well. I personally enjoyed very much and recommend it to all lovers, and the west GTA :). So try it ;)

Good game but boring missions
3Good game but so dissapointing about the missions, that would be my comment on this game. Ok it looks stunning, the wold is litterally living in front of you but what a lame story. The fact that you can be good or evil is a drawback because the character's behaviour doesn't change during cinematics, so he act like a silent follower for the entire game. And the missions are very boring, doing all the same things ever and ever (shooting, riding, shooting while riding and ... that's all !) for obnoxious characters. However I really liked the environment, the music and the general atmosphere but not my game of the year for sure.
