Great Game
5Mortal Kombat became very addicting very fast! from a huge choice of characters, and area's with loads of extra goodies, you can buy with the points you get from ripping your enemys arms off and beating them with it! Soon you will be going crazy with your X-ray moves for that extreme bone crushing bonus damage! Grab a mate and play tag mode. You'll not regret! Very under rated game!

MK Reborn
4This Mortal Kombat finally brings back the pleasure of fighting. For me, this is the best fighting game in this moment. Too bad, for some, that is only for PS3 and Xbox. The game has a lot of good things (the sound, the players skins and the action). But it also has one big minus: the difficulty of Shao Khan. Personal, I had to change on beginner level to defeat Shao Kahn in story mode. But, maybe this is the charm of this game: you can't be Chuck Norris from the beginning.

Delivers what it promises
5In terms of graphics, the best Mortal Kombat is upon us. Variety of music for PCs and scenarios. Comprehensive training tutorial in which they teach you to make up the fatalities for each character. If you want to share with a friend, this is ideal.

the best!
5Mortal Kombat presents a plethora of modes for a single player or friends wanting to get their bloody beatdown on. The game also boasts nearly 30 playable characters, each with their own unique fatalities, fighting styles, stages, unlockables, and ladder endings. The PS3 version also features Kratos, though the addition of one character to an already healthy roster isnt enough to affect the value score. The Krypt has hundreds of unlockables to choose from such as concept art, costumes, extra fatalities, and even alternate play modes. Any fighting game also boasts immense replay value and Mortal Kombat is no exception. Mortal Kombat seems to be trying to do what Street Fighter IV did for the Street Fighter franchise: bring a classic 2D fighting franchise back into relevance in the 3D, HD generation. At that purpose, it succeeds, though not quite so well as Street Fighter did. Nevertheless, this is the Mortal Kombat experience that both newer and old-school fans have been awaiting for a long time.

brilliant game
5Mortal Kombat is one of the best examples of what a fighting game should be! I must say I'm a fan of the Mortal Kombat series since I've played it the first time on my Super Nintendo a few years back :)

Fun
4At first I thought I made a mistake by playing Mortal Kombat seeing as there are a lot of moves you need to learn. But learning them is a breeze and in no time you'll be doing combos and fatalities. In my opinion it's the best fighting game available and loads of fun.

Probably the best fighting game out there!
4Finally Mortal Kombat goes back to it's roots with this latest installment. The first MKs were arguably some of the best fighting games ever at the time and I am pleased they have managed to translate that into this one. The game is as brutal and clever as ever, well worth the 18 rating. The game doesn't particularly gives us something new, but it gives us something good. Solid action and entertainment. Some new modes have been thrown in to give the game some variety and depth. This especially helps if you're a single player. As with all fighting games, it's rockin' the best when you are up against some buddies of yours. Kudos to MK for going back to it's core. Thumbs Up!
