Sackboy is awesome!

Little Big Planet is a very nice game about Sackboy which can be played by all age groups. It has a nice story, but the best thing about this game and especially LBP2 is that you can design your own levels and planet. This will keep you playing and creating for ages. If you don't feel like creating, you can also play games created by others. Some games have been made to seem like other great games, but which ones you will have to find out for yourself. Highly recommended.

Each level of the story mode is an unforgettable trip through the wild imagination of the designers, and it would be difficult to find a game that's as much fun to play with friends co-operatively. It's a little disheartening that the Story mode is over so quickly, and although there's some longevity to be had from finding all the hidden extras. Then there's the level creator-an astoundingly powerful tool-set that theoretically allows you to recreate anything you see in the included levels and much more. However, it still requires a great deal of time and skill to develop something that people will actually want to play. The overall result is a game that's incredibly fun while it lasts, and one that has the potential to be taken further by its community.

Wuite clearly the most influential game of the last 10 years. So simple yet so complicated and I have not found one person who doesn't like this game. PS3's greatest exclusive without a doubt. It doesn't make any difference that there's a successor, you should buy it and play it!

LittleBigPlanet is one of my favorite games because its always fun to play it. And the best part is to be able to pour your imagination in it and show your masterpiece to the world. You can express yourself with your Sackboy/Sackgirl image as you dress them, color them or with your levels to tell a story. There is always something new, players all around the world continue to make their own levels. And you can do the same, you can make your own levels and let others play it. LittleBigPlanet's cute presentation and simple tools makes your try harder each time you start creating your own levels. If you are not up to create your own level, you can enjoy other players' levels which is today more than 2.9 milllion. Only limit in LittleBigPlanet is your imagination.

Platform games were always a very strong branch of the gaming industry. When the developers announced Little Big Planet, they said it would be a revolutionary game. Those words were true. Never in the history of gaming interactivity and connecting with your friends was so easy as it is now with help of LBP. The game is a simple platformer at first glance, but later you get to know the possibilities that game gives you. You're in control of Sackboy; a little guy (or girl) made from fibre. It looks a little like a teddy bear, so your kids will love it from the moment they see it. You can customize your Sackboy by changing clothes, his colour and even facial expressions. Using the controller you can move his hands, head, shake his body or if somebody steps in your way, punch him in the face. You can also grab another character so that you don't have to fly up to some place twice. One of the main aspects of the game is cooperation. If you have four controllers, you can play with four of your friends on one system or you can play with them through PSN. Cooperation on one system is a bit of a problem when everyone wants open menu to for e.g customize sackboy. Menus are covering the whole screen so you can't see anything. LBP has its own storyline. You have to save the inhabitants of the planet you're on from evil mastermind. The game is split on a couple of different themes, everyone contains 3-4 levels. As you go through levels, you collect bubbles for points and new clothes, things you can later use to build your own level. Yes, build your own level. LBP gives you a massive tool which will help you create everything that's on your mind right now. Using PS3's camera EYE you can add your own stickers, add your pictures and other stuff. Physics plays a big role in the game. You can move almost every object, if you are capable of doing so. You can't move stone object because they're too heavy for your character to handle. You can, however move sponge objects, foams, balloons and other light stuff. Visual part of the game is also great. Everything is colorful, child-friendly, characters and environment models are great as well. Soundtrack is also amazing, songs fit perfectly to a game's style, they're fast and make you want to party. Overall LBP is a great game, there were a few issues at the beginning, but they were fixed by patches. Final Score: Visuals: 5 Audio: 5 Fun: 5

I was not very sure about buying this game thinking it was maybe a kid's game. but zavvi's price on this game was too cheap to resist, so i decided to buy and give it a try. This game turns out to be better than what i have initially thought it would be and i am glad i have purchased this game. you will like this game if you like to play platform games like mario.
