4Half Life 2 is the best FPS game of all time. All five games in The Orange Box are awesome, and even though we had problems here and there (ps3 version) with some of the control choices, the experience of playing Half-Life 2 games should not be missed. Valve should be counted among the few that simply know how to tell a good story. Buy this game NOW!!!!!

Five on one!
5The box says it all. The box is as stunning as the contents. I repeat, the Orange Box says it all: five games, one Blu-ray. The 2007 edition brings absolutely everything for the fan of the series Half Life: The legendary Half Life Episode Two and its continuous episodes 1 and 2, plus the experience to get you started the game Portal, prelude to what would be the successful Portal 2. The icing on the cake is the multiplayer Team Fortress 2 with a variety of maps and online players. The PS3 platform has no disadvantages to this title and is highly recommended. The only downside: no subtitles in other languages, like Spanish.

5Half-Life 2 [Orange Box] is one of those one life-time collections one must have. Not only for the saga's fans, but also for those gamers who, above all, enjoy quality entertainment, good video quality, excelent plots and suspense. Having said that, buying a collection like this, for almost half its price, is a genuine must have. Try it and enjoy

5What else to say about the Orange Box but it being one of the best rated game collections in recent history. The strongest game of this package is Half-Life 2, a sequel to one of the best fps games of all time. When it comes to graphics and soundtrack it still holds up, and can be compared to the newest games, even several years after its release. But not only does Half-Life 2 shine in the technical part, it also delivers a thrilling storyline full of amazing and memorable characters that will follow you hours after you have turned off the game. In the package you also get 2 Half-Life 2 expansions; Episode 1 and 2 which have both won high ratings and video game awards. The second game of the package is Portal, a single-player first-person puzzle-platformer. Although it was a gaming experiment mainly developed to enrich the content of The Orange Box it became an instant success. Portal brought puzzle games to a whole new level with its great puzzle design, graphics and one of the most interesting gaming characters in recent video game history: GLaDOS. And now thanks to it success it already has its own sequel; Portal 2. And last, but definitely not the least game of the package is Team Fortress 2, a multiplayer based game. Team Fortress 2 is one of the most fun multiplayer first-person-shooters I have ever played. It combines its, a little childish humor with unique comic graphics and funny voice acting to deliver an experience that is one thing only, pure fun. In TEAM Fortress 2 there is a special emphasis on teamwork, so everyone is needed to win. The Orange Box is packed with 5 amazing games that no one should ever skip, it brings you enough content to spend days, weeks and months in front your console. I strongly recommend it

Amazing
5While the other 4 games in this bundle are all good, and the continuation of the half-life series is as ever great; but most will have bought this game for the plain reason that portal is one of the most innovative and original games to come out in a long time. ITs short and sweet, so does not feel dragged out or unnessarily long; and each challenge is inventive and well designed to make best use of the physic engine and concept design that went into making it. Portal is surely a cult classic of the playstation 3

great game, bad port
4Hi. I usually don't write reviews but this is an exception. I'll start off with the cover and booklet for the game which are both great and the booklet is thick one of the few games to a have thick one in fact. Half-life 2 is very nice but on the ps3 versions there are glitches, screen tearing and environments completing dissapearing in some parts of the 2nd half of the story. Half-life 2: Episode one is pretty boring but luckily there are no problems with this game at all it runs smoothly and perfectly well. Half-life 2: Episode two is most definitely the best game in this box. Not only is the gameplay and story just beautiful but the graphics, music is just perfect. Conisdering that there are no flaws in the ps3 for this it is the best Half-life 2 experience on console which includes XBOX 360. Portal: A lot of people say they liked the puzzle game but I personally hated it and this game is also full of bugs. One bug I personally had is that at the final stage (spoilers) where you have to kill the robot the time runs out within 10 seconds for me while I looked on YouTube and it's not like that for anyone else. Team Fortress 2: Apart from 2FORT and Dustbowl the other 4 maps are pretty much unused. Surprisingly enough there are usually around 35 people online everyday at any hour so you can play it but the problems is that there are no updates for this as the PS3 version is the one that never gets any update whatsoever in contrast to PC or 360. Overall if you are buying this for Half-life 2 and the episodes like me then you won't be too dissapointed but if you have the option to get it on PC or 360 I kindly advice you to get one of those versions instead. The PS3 version of the orange box has been almost completely and utterly neglected by both the developers and the publishers and apart from the mandatory patch you have to install at the beginning (only if you have internet) there are no other updates at all.
