Decent time waster

Both games in the collection are pretty decent. The second one (Ghost of Sparta) is a bit better and almost as good as the second game (GOW 2). So that's saying a lot considering that I thought that GOW3 was a let down compared to GOW2 (which I still consider to be the best GOW game out there). The first game clocks in at roughly 5 hours with the second one being a little bit longer. Gameplay wise you can expect pretty much the same as with the ps2 titles with Ghost of Sparta offering a couple of new fun things. Chains of Olympus didn't had a lot of story moments but it was still worth playing through. Ghost of Sparta which I was mostly looking forward to had a bit more story and was rather decent in that department, but the end was pretty easy to predict. Overall it's a good collection and the games look nearly as good if not even better than the ps2 titles. If the price was a bit lower (like 15~) then it would be a perfect deal.

I bought this game after I started playing the 1st collection. Not much to say really, it's just another excellent Gears of War game. It has very good graphics, which are pretty much up-scaled PSP graphics). Really worth the money.

God of War CV2 is a collection of two best games from the PSP system re-mastered in HD and 3D. The first of the two games is God Of War Chains of Olympus, originally released in 2008 is good. But the God Of War Ghost of Sparta released in 2010 is better and it's as good as Gears Of War 3.

The 2 games in the God of War collection are great, but of course God of War 3 is much much better. If you like God of War, get this collection. It's a must-have if you're a fan of the series.

a Must-have for all God of War fans!

If you like God of War, you must complete your collection with this title! This collection contains the 2 God of War titles that previously were released on the PSP (Playstation Portable). Both titles have HD graphics and now have Trophy support. Now, these are still PSP games so to speak, so don't expect miracles with the graphics. It's better than on the PSP but not even close to God of War III. Still, 2 great games and a must-have for all God of War fans!

Kratos is back in PS3 with HD graphics and 3D. The game-play is excellent , you won't even understand that it was first created for PSP. Must have game to complete the God Of War Collection.

Finally, here we have the two PSP spin-off titles from the God of War Saga for all to enjoy on the PlayStation 3, re-mastered in HD and with trophy support. For those wanting to experience the latest in visuals, both games are now in stereoscopic 3D. The series began on the PS2 and ended in a very satisfying grand finale on the PS3. Due to early success, developers knew that fans were still left wanting more from the vengeful Spartan. Especially, when it came to understanding the Greek world where Kratos found himself in the main trilogy. Unfortunately, for the majority of gamers these side stories were created exclusively for Sony’s PSP. But now all can finally understand the story surrounding Kratos, the Titans and Gods. So what can fans/newcomers expect from these two side instalments. Well, developers of the main trilogy created some of the best games in history and I am happy to report that these two games deserve to be part of the God of War saga. Although both were PSP titles initially, the re-mastering process has made a world of difference to the look and feel of both games, the result being that both look and play great on the PS3. The single Blu-ray disc contains both of the PSP titles, the first being Chains of Olympus which is set before the events of the original God of War. The second game is Ghost of Sparta, which is set after the first God of War. The God of War HD Collection Volume 2 is a must buy for all God of War fans. It is also a must buy for anyone who owns a PS3, because in terms of story, gameplay etc. These two games can still compete with many new games of this generation. Even if you own the original PSP titles, it is still worth playing these great games again in HD.

Kratos is back and bigger than before!

God Of War HD Collection Volume 2 with two games that probably many of you have missed because of that they where only to PSP. Now you have a chance to play them on your PS3 and relive two really good games. Kratos maybe isn't as sexy as in God of War 3, but at least as macho!
