Following on from the first Lords of Shadow, this is a good continuation of the story and a decent way to finish off the Lords of Shadow saga. Its not as good as the first, or maybe I was coming into it with higher hopes seeing how much I loved the first one, but its a must for those wanting to conclude Dracula's story. Just short of a 5 as I was expecting that bit more out of the game, but all in all, a solid Castlevania game.

this time Dracula adventures you will never forget. the incredible beauty of the scenery, impressive opponents memorable boss fights. this is not a story about good and evil, that he history full of colors - the fate of Dracula full of tragedy and despair .... its powerful spirit locked in a cage immortal body .... who is his freedom from the curse and grant peace and maybe .... Does it? you have the opportunity to learn what a great warrior he history ended. buy the game - you'll definitely enjoy it.

Castlevania Lord of Shadows 2 could have been a really good game. But there is some things that wont let it be a really good game. The bad things first. The story is not as epic or intresting interesting as the first one and the ending is really really bad. The story have a few nice moments but they are so few. There are some really intresting characters in the game but they never get to shiny. The world is really dull and boring with metal metal metal and more metal. The world is split in two things, its the Castle Castlevania , wich is kinda nice. And then there is Castlevania City..... Yea just the name Castlevania city sounds bad. The city is really boring. The surroundings are gray and lifeless, its like your in a factory 50% of the game. The map is very bad , you have no idea were you are in it, you can see the room your in, but not anything else. that makes looking for upgrades and stuff a reall pain. For the last bad thing in the game its the sneak moments. They are one of the worst sneak moments iv ever seen in a videogame. People are trying to save it saying its a puzzle. But its you trying to sneak by the A.I. Dracula sneaking by monsters that he can kill later in the next room. The good things The combat in the game is actully really good. Its fast but still simple you attack , dodge , block, heal, stun too take your enemy down. You have 3 weapons, your stanedard weapon. A whip that you can use when ever you like. A Sword that cost blue magic to use wich heals you on hit, and the last weapon is gauntlest the cost red magic and does extrem damage and can break armor. You can level the weapons by using it skills. And you get exp from monsters and puzzles to learn new skills. The world is open so you can explore it and get upgrades and stuff. You will learn abillitys so you can enter new areas that was seald for you before The game could have been really great but it wasent, I liked CastleVania lords of shadow and Mirror of fate alot more then this one. But its still a okay game, Many of my frineds thinks this game is really bad , maybe I like it cause im a reall castlevania fan and want it to be atlest a little good, Anyway you should still try it. I give it a 3/5

There are many old Castlevania games fans saying that this is not Castlevania. It's true , but this is a reboot of series so it's new retake on things. Visually game is presented perfectly like a real art. Sound is also amazing with famous (voice) actors. Gameplay mechanic is kinda same as first Lords of Shadow , but mastery systems improves it. Story on other hand (for me personally) ended up kinda weak. I was expecting more , but it ended so fast. On first playtrough i collected all "crystals" to upgrade Health , Void/Chaos magic bars. Did exlploring from "old" to "new/current" world. By game stats screen I finished the game in almost 25hours. If you are looking for a good , interesting , action based game with vampires - this is it. Drama , emotions , killing , gore , puzzles , landscapes which look like best art - LoS2 got it.

I am very happy with my zavvi purchase I love the prices of games I hav ps3 and 4 and zavvi is wer I by Al my new games but only wen offers r on witch is Al time nearly ther is 1 thing I am unhappy with and that is every other place iv pre order games they make sure I get by the day cums out but zavvi as bn day after or worse 3 days after cum out if I pay for pre order I want it that day not days after pls try sort this out if cn then zavvi would really b the best place to go
