Fantastic
5Although I've only played the betas so far, spending £130 for the collector's edition kind of puts its own point of view across, for how much of a fantastic time I've had during. I loved the first Guild Wars, played it for many years, Player versus environment and player versus player. I was an officer in one of the biggest guilds in the game, and I cherish the times I had on it. The only problem, as far as Player versus environment was concerned, was the games was built around player versus player. (Although there was some amazing times to be had doing Player versus environment.) Guild Wars 2 fixes that. With a new level cap of 80, and moving things more towards what traditional MMOs are like when you're running around and levelling in the game world, as in, you see and join many people around you as you wonder the planes. Any fan of Guild Wars will love the new and improved areas of the Guild Wars world in Guild Wars 2, I was literally gobsmacked in wondering in to old quest hubs and towns, and the vast and epic scale of work that's been done to change the areas.. And I really mean vast and epic. The skill and art in this game is just so beautiful, you'll be doing yourself a disservice by not playing this game, if you enjoy RPGs or MMOs. And once again, the game is totally free to play and have fun once you've bought it. Cannot wait until it's out on full release, and I would never change my mind in buying the collector's edition. Money very, very well spent.

5It's not even fully released yet, and I'd easily say Guild Wars 2 is the best ever. It has fascinating graphics, worlds, and a lot of new characters. It's just great.

5After playing the Beta Weekend event of Guild Wars 2, I find myself under total shock, related to how epic the gameplay is. I have been looking forward to the release of Guild Wars 2 for quite some time now. The dynamic event system in the game allows for a non-repetitive questing experience that can last days, and after experiencing it, I must say, it's totally epic. Overall, I would definitely recommend both this wonderful game and Zavvi. The customer support team were very helpful at addressing my concerns about when they ship out the Collector's Edition box.

5I swapped my order for Guild Wars 2 from play.com at the last minute, after not hearing anything from them about the pre-purchase situation. I ordered from Zavvi at about 4pm, and my pre-purchase code was with me at around 10am the next day! Brilliant! I'm really looking forward to getting the full Collector's Edition now - can't wait.

5This game may not be the second coming of MMOs as many people though it would be but it's a damn good MMO nonetheless. The dynamic questing really makes the world feel alive and the personal story quests are great for people who like a good story. The battle system in Guild Wars 2 is far more involving than the battle systems in most other MMOs and the PvP is simply amazing.

5I have been looking forward to Guild Wars 2 for some time now. The first Beta was great, absolutely visually stunning, had an interesting personal story, with a unique MMORPG world, fun PvP system and smooth gameplay. It looks like it will be an excellent game, and I really can't wait for the release.

Guild Wars Beta
5The game has been great fun with a mix of comedy and adventure, although the game is in Beta we still have much more to see what will happen in the upcoming years. As a no subscripton game I would highly recommend it to all people wanting to play a new modern era MMO.

Played the Beta, The real things to come.
5Played the pre-purchase beta. The real game gets shipped out later. However! From what I've seen of the three day beta. There's more beta's to come than the one I've just finished playing? I've only managed to explore 5% of the world and its wonderful. The actions are dynamic, and the storyline is decent. Variety is there to choose from. Promising start and to top if all off I can't wait to have my hands on the goodies.

5Guild Wars 2 is amazing. Buy it! There are one or two downsides but overall they don't matter in the slightest. It's nothing like anyone has seen before. Even if you don't like normal MMO's, you should definitely buy it.
