A great addition to the series

Paper Mario: Sticker Star 3D is a really good addition to the Paper Mario series. The series is always inventive and has a great sense of humour, and this 3DS entry is no different. The game makes great use of the 3D aspects of the handheld console, with lovely charming graphics. It's a much longer adventure than you might think, but has limited replay value due to it's story telling nature. This is well worth investing in.

Paper Mario: Sticker Star 3D is a great game, perfectly designed for the 3DS. The 3D makes it so much fun to watch the paper thin Mario explore his new world where stickers have to be placed to make things happen. You use turn based fighting to defeat the baddies, with the inventive stickers of jumping boots, huge scissors (to cut away the screen) and the biggest Lucky Cat that is perfect to squish one baddie! Collect stickers, use them, sell them, and on the 3DS you can do this on the move. Very recommended game.

Paper Mario sticker star is the newest in the line of paper Mario games. The twist this time around is not only the 3D depth but the sticker collecting, as with out stickers your powerless. You start with a small book but slowly gain pages to hold more. This adds an extra level of strategy to the game as before setting off in the world you find yourself at the sticker shop, buying and selling your stickers so you have the moves and skills you need for battle. Each time you use a sticker you loose it but you can find more stuck on the world which you can peel off. If you've enjoyed past paper Mario games but felt it needed bit more tactical thought then this is for you. But if you just want to run through levels jumping on goombas it might be worth checking out some videos online to see if it's for you. Overall I'm enjoying it some of the puzzles are challenging enough that it doesn't feel to kiddy but how can you say no to that 2D face.
