One of the Most Consistently Funny Shows Ever Made
What to say about Veep? Coming from the same team that brought us The Thick Of It, it is no exaggeration to say that Veep is one of the best and most consistently funny shows ever made. Shot in the same cinema-vérité style as the show which inspired it, Julia Louis-Dreyfus delivers the best performance of her career as the hapless and incompetent yet supremely ambitious Selina Meyer. With a fantastic supporting cast (including a starring turn from Tony Hale as the much abused yet ever faithful Gary), Veep manages a rare feat in American comedy in that it is funny in Season 1, and does not let up until the very end. Strongest of strong recommends!

Fantastic!
Very happy they released this as an entire collection. Hilarious show from start to finish that never loses momentum thanks to its incredible witty writing. Selina Meyer is one of the best TV characters to exists. Thanks Zavvi for the quick delivery. Also one of the cheapest prices I’ve seen of this boxset compared to other retailers.
