The Woman in Black is the harrowing supernatural thriller film starring the iconic actor Daniel Radcliffe (best known for his world renowned role as Harry Potter) as the main character Arthur Kipps. Based upon the novel of the same name by author Susan Hill, the story tells a haunting tale of a deadly curse, and a quest for revenge.
Adapted by horror director James Watkins (Eden Lake) and ingenious screenplay writer Jane Goldman (Kick-Ass), The Woman in Black follows Arthur Kipps (Daniel Radcliffe), a young and widowed solicitor whose wife passed away giving birth to their now four year old son. Kipps, assigned by the law firm for which he works, sets off to prepare a far away English manor known as the Eel Marsh House for sale, leaving his son behind at home.
Unbeknownst to Kipps, Eel Marsh House is cursed, along with the village in which it is located. A phantom known as The Woman in Black haunts the house and the village, seeking revenge for the young child whom she lost many years before by taking the lives of the villager's children. Against his will, Kipps is caught up in the village's anguish and superstition, as strange happenings, apparitions, and death begin to occur around him. As Kipps digs deeper into the history of the estate, he begins to realise that he may just be in over his head... (Cat Emerson)

Good Film
The Woman in Black is a very good film. I would recommend you not to watch it by yourself as it's a bit scary. The ending is not what I expected but I enjoyed it very much.
