Each 30 minute DVD in the set includes a wealth of over 20 minutes of bonus extras including trailers, sneak peeks of all the titles, Grover’s Video Player (music videos), sing-alongs and Karaoke of favorite tunes like “Aleph Bet Song,” "Rosh Hashanah Hannah" (a spoof of Hannah Montana) and the famous “Rubber Duckie” song (in Hebrew!) among others. One of the highlights of Grover’s Video Player on Adventures in Israel is “There Must Be Another Way” by Achinoam Nini, Mira Awad and the Shalom Sesame puppets – the song that represented Israel in the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest, sung in Hebrew, Arabic and English.

Brilliant education
Looking back to my childhood years, I can't but feel sorry for the current generation. When I was a little boy, I loved watching the educational TV shows that gave us values. This Sesame Street: Shalom Sesame Box Set took me back to those good old days. I'm proud to present them to my infant child who can both enjoy and learn at the same time. No matter if you're Jewish or just interested in Jewish customs and habits, or just fond of Israel's beautiful sites, you are guaranteed to have fun with your kids. That being said, no review is complete without a downside... The product's overview promises a 600 minutes (10 hours) of runtime, while every one of the 12 DVDs only presents a one half hour episode -for a total of 6 hours. The other 4 hours are the bonus features which are only sneak previews of the other disks in that same set, and are the same on every disk. Finally a show for kids which combines humor and fun along with knowledge and values. Thank you sesame street.
