You're not going to believe what we've got for you! With this new workout you can get fit and toned with just 15 minutes exercise a day! Just do a combination of Jackie and Mark's amazing 15 minute workouts and you'll see real results, so even if you're super busy you can get FIT IN 15!
There are four 15 minute workouts which are all designed to burn fat and tone muscle, and if you're feeling really energised you can even join 2 or 3 of the workouts together. There's no need for a separate warm up because all the workouts build in intensity, however you must always do the cool down stretch!
Cardio 15
30 second bursts of jumping, kicking and squats with 15 second rest periods in-between. The ultimate fat burner!
Legs 15
A squat-tastic 15 minutes of high energy leg exercises to shape your thighs and bottom.
Arms 15
High intensity exercises with weights, all to help you define those delts and banish those bingo wings!
Core 15
15 minutes of intense abdominal work, great for toning and shaping.
Stretch and Chillout
After every workout, you must do the cool down stretch - it's short and sweet but absolutely essential! For weekends or when you have a bit more time, add on the developmental stretch and meditation to feel the tension disappear

Davina: Fits in with you
I think this DVD is fantastic. Me and my partner purchased as we wanted to get fit but as we both work full time and have two small children we dont have a lot of time. This fits in perfectly before our evening meal; As the workouts are quite energetic you definately feeling them working in only 15 minutes which is amazing. Davina has always been one of my favourites however when it comes to her workout's as I have purchased in previous years and she has not disappointed! Its freshing also to get a real woman on the video rather than having to watch a girl wearing next to nothing squatting in lycra!

Fantastic!
This is excellent. You really do feel as if you have worked out in 15 minutes but there is an option to either keep up with Davina or take it slowly with a trainer. Davina even manages to inject her humour and smile throughout a cardio workout - no mean feat! It is accessible and fun to do... give it a go!

This is an excellent work out DVD . Each section lasts 15 mins and it's up to you how many of the 4 you do. I started with cardio and then cardio and legs. Tried core today ... That's challenging! Always do the cool down and you shouldn't ache too much the next day. Initially you can follow Jackie until you build up your stamina. After a week I can do all the legs section following Davina. I keep motivated because it's in short, sharp bursts. As a busy working mum I can fit this into my lifestyle. Can't recommend it enough!

Newbie to Zavvi
Not played the DVD yet as it's a Christmas Present but if it is like her previous DVDs it'll be a winner. First time using Zavvi - DVD was £1.75 cheaper here than anywhere else - plus free delivery! DVD was delivered 24hrs later! Amazing service, will be back to Zavvi for future orders
