The Ivory Coast international capped his golden boot winning season by netting the deciding goal after superb link up play with the tireless Frank Lampard. His goal ensured that Chelsea became the first team to lift the trophy at the new Wembley Stadium, and take the trophy back to Stamford Bridge.
