X-Men DOFP Rogue Cut
2X-Men DOFP Rogue Cut is excellent. I really enjoyed the cinematic version however I wish they had released this version. It makes the story flow more and I cant get enough of it. The studios should release the directors cut always!

5Awesome Steelbook, excellent packaging, shame the extended edition of Days of Future Past couldn't live up to the same standard! It's a good film, but not great sadly. The bits that have been added in are no-way necessary to the narrative, and don't really enhance the film.

Filling the voide
5Most people missed Rouge in the original cut of this movie and so did I. Although this cut dosen't add anything that's a massive game changer it doesn't take away any of the greatness of the original cut. Rouge addition although small still brought back more or the inner geek in me and this has obviously been released for those who love the Xmen series and those who love the comics. It has helped fill the voide of the Xmen absence while they continue to film apocalypse. For those of you who are unsure about this cut give it a go its wont ruin your image of the original cut but it won't amplify it after all how can you alter the perfect union of old cast vs new cast.

X men the Rogue cut version
5Great steelbook with two disc, disc one contains the theatrical and Rogue cut of the movie. The Rogue cut shows an interesting alternative to what was shown in the theatre, whilst it doesn't change the movie it does add a forgotten character to the mix which will please all fans. Disc 2 has some great documentaries on there and a round the table discussion with the actors which is nice to see, i own the original release of the film on steelbook but highly recommend this edition as well. Go buy it and see!

So much better
5I bought the original Steelbook and was more than happy with it. The new one blows it out of the water! This is by far a better version. That's not to say the movie still has plot holes the size of the Hulk, but it is better. Added bonus of a Ultraviolet download, and to say I'm pleased is an understatement!
