Yayaya

Going through the seasons again from the beginning, so purchased season two. I think its one of the best seasons I know a lot of people complained about this one being stuck at the barn but I liked Shane and Andrea. The delivery was super fast, emails were sent to tell you when it would arrive and the price was well worth the money.

2nd Season Slump

Ok, so this season is not as good as the first. There are probably a couple of reasons for this, the first is extending from 6 episodes in the first season to 13 episodes in the second - whilst the opening 3 episodes and the final episodes are action packed, there are too many mid season episodes that lack direction, some critics would call these "filler" episodes although if you're a fan of the show you won't go that far. The second reason is expectation. The first season came out of nowhere (for me anyway) so I had no preconceived ideas about the show. The hype I felt for the second season was 100 times that of the first and so was always going to be a bit of a let down. Overall still a good season and a great setup for the superior season 3. 4 stars.

Walkers...

If you watched the first series, then you'll love the second. Tense, scary, brutal & honorific!! With a good storyline, you'll watch one episode & then another & another as the endings keep you hanging! The same small group make their way across a zombie infested land. Just what the doctor ordered when there's nothing on TV worth watching. 13 episodes on 2 discs plus a bonus disc with character profiles & other interesting snippets.

Great Series and a good cast, with a great story and adaptation of an amazing graphic novel. One to watch and a must have on DVD/Bluray!
