This is not just for Stanley Kubrick fan, its for every man who enjoyes filmography! Something you have to watch at least once a year!

Before I review the item, I would like to praise Zavvi on the item being packaged safely and arriving with no damage! On to the item review, this Stanley Kubrick collection is nothing short of amazing. All the films look great, the special features, documentaries, cast interviews etc., are all very informative and are a good insight in to Kubrick and his filmmaking. The booklet is also a good look in to the pre-production process of Kubrick's film from 1962-1999. My only issues with this release is that, films like Paths of Glory (1957) and Spartacus (1960), which some consider to be part of Kubrick's masterpieces, are not included, but the films included, highlights being 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968), A Clockwork Orange (1971) and the overlooked Barry Lyndon (1975), are sufficient enough. Also, the plastic contraptions that hold the discs in place can be quite flimsy and fidgety, when trying to remove and put the discs back in their places. The print of Christiane Kubrick's painting of Stanley is also a great addition to this collection. In summary, this collection is great, I would reccomend it to anyone interest in Kubrick's work, or anyone who loves films in general.

This Masterpiece set of films directed by Stanley Kubrick is magnificent and beautifully presented in a superb presentation box. Zavvi price is great and speedy service. Highly recommend.

Great Kubrick collection (not the whole collection cause MGM), great packaging. Paid only 28 euros, must-buy.

A fantastic box for film lovers! It offers a great collection of films in different genres, so there's something for everybody. There were only two negative parts about this box for me, and it was the sticky stuff they used to hold the information on the backside of the box, which introduced air bubbles when removed. Yes the information is meant to be removed. The other thing is the way the discs are held in place, which is the same as the Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy-box. It feels weird and doesn't work as well as in regular cases. Apart from those two "negative" parts, this box is a must-have. It's beautiful, well put together and has a lot of fun bonus material.

I got this in a flash sale for a bargain price. Astounding value for money. Well presented collection but missing Spartacus and Paths Of Glory presumably due to copyright reasons. Nonetheless the beautiful book is probably worth the price alone. In my opinion the films have never looked better than as presented here. A very noticeable step up in quality from the DVDs I have had in my collection for a number of years. At this price don't hesitate to add to your own collection.

Got this on Black Friday and its A Masterful Collection with every Movie Done properly to Blu-Ray;-)  only Minus Spartacus For Some Reason Never Comes out in these Boxes For Some Odd Reasons 

I hadn't considered buying this previously as I had most of the movies as separate releases, however the low price made it such good value (I didn't have Lolita, and only had 2001 on DVD, and the book looked interesting) that I couldn't resist. Very pleased with the whole package, it was shipped well and the item arrived in mint condition. There is also a very interesting bonus disc that comes with this release which I am currently enjoying. Some purists will argue that Kubrick preferred full screen and never intended most of his films to be seen in the widescreen format, however don't let that put you off. If you prefer full screen by all means buy the inexpensive releases on DVD, but don't miss this opportunity to get them in a well crafted box set, in glorious HD. I don't write many reviews but the value of this collection is a must have for any Kubrick fan.

Great value for Money and arrived very fast from Zavvi! Had the DVD Boxset of these originally but could not turn this down especially with the fantastic book that accompanies it.

A wonderful set of discs, only 2001 now needs a 4K restoration everything else is superb.
