A good quad-set
4I still think the first movie is the best, - and even better in HD!! This is one of the better movie sequels I have seen. Lots of action, zombies and a good story! I think these are the most successful movies based on a game!

Lovely fighter

Don't expect it to be like the games
4Don't expect Resident Evil 1-4 Box Set to be anything like the games because apart from zombies, dogs and lickers they are nothing alike. A few character names are the same (in later films) and some of the situations are taken directly from the games but on the whole these films stand on their own. The name alone is what will bring most people to these films (me included) but if you ignore the games and just watch the films they are not that bad. Get past the dodgy acting, as in the games, and some bad CGI and these are enjoyable films. There are plenty of special features, commentaries etc. Leave your brains at the door, tuck into a Jill sandwich and enjoy.

great movies - poor case
4The Resident Evil 1-4 movies are great. Neither the sound nor the picture need to be criticized. The case doesn't convince me, you can't take out single cases (it's a 4 disc case) and cheap looking paper is wrapped around it.
