A fun anime
From the same team as Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex comes Psycho-pass, a futuristic anime in which people are judged on their crime coefficient despite not necessarily having commited any crime. Without spoiling too much, this anime follows a new Inspector, effectively a government agent, and an Enforcer, someone who has high crime coefficient but is judged to be of use in capturing other Latent Criminals (people with high crime coefficients considered in most cases to be very dangerous). I watched this back when it was on Netflix years ago and the combination of action and psychological aspects made for an enjoyable watch.

Psycho-Pass - The Complete Series One
Another classic from Production IG, this series is controversial, and for good reason, if you think 2000ad Judge Dread was tough law system, then think again, the justice system in this anime is really, really mad, but makes for required viewing along with solid characters and animation, and you get the whole series in a good package. Make sure to get series 2 and the movie, as another films is coming.

You'd be a Psycho not to get it!
Great show without a doubt worth it and at this price compared to else where it's a steal. With that said this version didn't come with that stylish looking design case slip which was a slight disappointment, still only a nitpick.

The show is amazing I've watched it before but not in HD, very good price, basically a pound an episode.

Great "hard sci-fi" entertainment
I liked Psycho-Pass because of its grand "hard scifi" idea and the questions it poses about society and technology. Not only that, but it can be enjoyed on a purely entertaining level if you're into cool guns and action/sci-fi. A definite plus is that the story arc ends in a satisfying way, and opens for the second season without big cliffhangers.
