Just perfect!
5The extended edition brings an extra 35min of footage per each movie and all of this in stunning HD and 6.1 surround sound. The box is elegantly done and its pretty sturdy, so it wont break easily. Sound and picture quality will amaze you. Everything else is just as its supposed to be. Not too much, not too little. Just perfect! There is a lot of additional material which will keep you glued to the screen for many hours. I enjoyed watching all three movies and just listening to commentaries of the film crew.

5Long awaited trilogy. But it was worth waiting. Stunning, sharp, highly-detailed image. You won't believe your eyes when you see the new remastered images on your full-HD screen. Even better than the Blu-Rays of the Theatrical versions. And that soundtrack : just breathtaking ! The music and sound effects have gone into a new dimension. Hear the Balrog shake your walls, the Nazgul flying around you and lifting your loudspeakers as they move their wings, plunge into roaring battles. Forget your DVD edition or your theatrical versions and get this Extended Edition now. Just fantastic.
