Zavvi Exclusive Steelbook - Limited to 2000 Copies
It's witch meets world, as teenage Kiki chooses to live on her own in a new town, using her magical powers to get by. But Kiki is poor with potions and second-rate at spells - instead, she sets up a courier service, using her broomstick to deliver everything from pies to pets. At first with only her sarcastic cat Jiji for company, she soon discovers that she has more friends than she ever thought possible.
Adapted by Hayao Miyazaki from the children's book by Eiko Kadono, Kiki's Delivery Service is one of the best loved animated features in Japan and elsewhere. Featuring the voices of Kirsten Dunst, Janeane Garofalo and Debbie Reynolds, Kiki's Delivery Service is superb entertainment from start to finish.

Wonderful film and fitting release
Here I am hoping for rest of the GHIBLI films to receive the same treatment. Also it would be great if those release include some extra content or printed brochure. But overall 5 stars

Ghibli :)!
Another hayao miyazaki classic! I'm a huge fan of the studio ghibli movies and was extremely happy when i heard they were releasing a few of them in steelbooks! Kikis delivery service is a heartwarming, beautifully made ghibli film! Definitely up there as one of my favourites.

Love the Chibli Steelbooks
Kiki's Delivery Service is a wonderful animated movie, that shows Studio Ghibli masterful work with its art style, story and characters. Kiki is a young witch, that leaves home, to find herself and her place in the world and along the way she learns more about life. Its a coming of age story, but with the excitement of magic, that children and adults will enjoy. The steelbook is nice and clean and I really hope for a Laputa: Castle in the Sky steelbook soon as that is my favourite Studio Ghibli Movie. If you want your children to see animation that doesn't treat them like idiots and lets them invest in strong characters and adventure then the Studio Ghibli movies are well worth the time and make great family movies.

NIce!
I personally think this is the weakest of the 11 Studio Ghibli movies I've seen, but it is by no means a bad movie. It is cosy and well suited for the entire family. The Steelbook is, as always, beautifull and goes well with the other Studio Ghibli Steels that Zavvi has released. I't was wierd that this wans't DVD/Blu-Ray doubble play since previous Ghibli Steels has been, but I don't really care since I already have the DVD and only watch Blu-Ray anyways.

Why no DVD?
This is a 5***** film in a lovely steelbook but for some reason this release doesn't include a DVD when the other blu-ray version is a double play set and all four previous Ghibli steelbooks were double play sets. Disappointing hence the two stars less than the five this should get.
