Masterpiece
Every few years you get a film that goes beyond being a one-time cinematic experience or just a good film; it becomes a film you’ll remember in years to come. Spike Jonze’s Her is such a film. It is a beautifully made, wonderfully shot and cleverly written social commentary on the modern digital age, with Joaquin Phoenix giving a heart-warming performance as Theodore Twombly. It’s quirky, heart-breaking and just an overall treat to watch again and again. Special mention to Scarlett Johansson for giving one of her best portrayals as the OS voice Samantha (proving she’s not just good looks).

You have to see this film.
Her. A brilliantly portrayed interpretation of what our future may surmise to be. A subtle journey through the relationship of a man and his operating system. Now I know what you're thinking, a man who loves a computer? And yes you're right, it's an absolutely ludicrous idea. Until you've seen Her. After you see this movie, you'll know the powerful bond that can be formed with an inanimate, non-present being. The movie takes you from the A to the B of what feels like a long distance relationship. The vibrancy of the cinematography and the elegant calmness of it's soundtrack make it an easy yet interesting watch. I have recommended this film to friends and family alike since it's cinema release and I would recommend this purchase to anybody on earth who enjoys watching any kind of movie. A true must see.

excellent!
Great film about emotions and what it is to be human. Although not for everyone, I really enjoyed and phoenix's performance is great as ever. Would recommend.
