Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters 3D - Extended Cut (Includes 2D Version) is exactly what you'd expect from it: a mindless-action-blockbuster-popcorn- movie. It includes all you'd wish from it: the before- mentioned cool action sequences, stunning visuals and Gemma Arterton. It does have some good gore moments as well (due to the studio making the smart decision of listening to the fans and making it R-Rated). Sit back and enjoy 'Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters'. Maybe you'll enjoy it as much as I did. The 3D is actually quite good, with great depth and some amazing pop-out moments. Fortuneteller, due to the 3D cameras being too heavy to take to the forest where parts of the movie were shot, the film wasn't entirely shot in 3D. Due to this issue, these sequences had to be post-converted into 3D and didn't come out as good as the rest of the movie. They're not bad by any means, they just don't match the rest of the movie's 3D quality. The Blu-Ray only includes 3 extras: 'Reinventing Hansel & Gretel', 'The Witching Hours' and 'Meet Edward the Troll'. Recommended.
