Excellent!
Game of Thrones - Season 1 is simply brilliant! Impressive image and sound quality, perfect for a huge TV it 1080p. And one of the best stories in a TV series for many years - great edition for 30 pounds! PS - includes Castilian in Audio and Subtitles.

Game of Thrones
Great series! My husband watched all of Season One in the one day. He is now re-watching it with me. He is whinging about having to wait for the next season. It has all the good stuff - action, blood, fantasy and boobs! This is our first Blu-ray disc and we found it was a bit slow to start and sometimes we got freeze frames and then the movie would start again. Could be our player as it is also new?

Fantastic
Game of Thrones is a lavish production with fantastic quality - the visuals, sets, special effects, costumes and sound mixing are outstanding - with an involving storyline and characters. Blu-ray sound and picture quality is fantastic and well worth the additional cost, very enjoyable.

Game of Thrones - Season 1 - Blu-ray
This is truly a remarkable purchase. And I'm not even talking about the quality of the series. Game of Thrones has never looked as good as it does in blu-ray! I don't know how they do it, but the quality of the blu-ray really makes all the colours and tiny details stand out. What truly makes this set so great, is the special features, especially the in-episode guides, that enable you to dive deeper into the abyss of George R.R. Martin's fantasy universe. It gives you mini-biographies of the characters in the scenes you're watching, info on the location they're in, and little animated videos to illustrate the events the characters are mentioning. There's even a complete guide to Westeros. Simply put, if you're going to buy any TV series right now, this should be it. It looks absolutely stunning on blu-ray, and is a very gripping series from start to end. I highly recommend it.
