EXTERMINATE!
Same disc as normal blu-ray release 2 years ago. Presented In a beautiful steelbook case, definately recommend to big doctor who fans. Not a canon story, just a fun remake of a classic story presented in colour.

Excellent
I've put off buying the Dalek movies for years. They are good, but not great, a different take on the Doctor Who stories they are adapting. Then I discovered the steelbook packaging on these editions. They are incredible. Bright colourful and stylish. Much like the films themselves. This is the first of the two (the proposed third film never was made unfortunately). It loosely adapts the first dalek tv story, this time the doctor is definitely an eccentric human ( played by legend Peter Cushing) living with his granddaughters Susan and Barbara. The role of Ian is played by Roy Castle and this time is the boyfriend of Barabara. A mishap occurs and they are whisked off to a strange planet by the Doctors new invention TARDIS, disguised as a police box. from here I could go on with the story but that would spoil the fun.

Dr Who made even better !!!
Just got my first pre order Steelbook from Zavvi." Dr Who and the Daleks " from 1965 starring Peter Cushing, and it is absolutely Beautiful, What fantastic work they have put in and using the origional artwork etc always works a treat, especially on older classic films. I,ve not run the disc yet but I have heard its a great print and well done restoration of a timeless Timelord classic. The steelbook itself is a great one to own and enjoy, but when also holding such a great film inside, at only a few pounds more than the usual Blu Ray release this is a must have, and something a bit Special. Hoping Zavvi do more like this such as the Qautermas and the Pit and Witchfinder General etc. Brilliant.
