Dolls (1986)

Probably the most unrecognizable Stuart Gordon film. For the exception of some graphically violent attacks on the nasty adults of the film, it stays relatively up-beat. We get a clear view of who is innocent and evil. There's no gray area. Those that are bad suffer the wrath of the dolls. Ralph and Judy have a chance to survive. Something says that Gabriel and Hilary know more than they let on. The special stop-motion effects are stunning. The movements of the dolls' faces are indeed quite life-like and uncanny. I should also mention the score by Richard Band, it's wonderful. Really atmospheric and creepy and I love the opening theme music, fantastic eerie undertones. Overral rating 7 out of 10!

DOLLS

Much better quality than the old VHS - the only downside is there's no subtitles

Good old 80s

I miss the good old days when horror movies were invented and interesting to watch. I love this movie, its weird and clever to watch. Basic story is a bunch of people end up staying at a house where at night the dolls come to life and start terrorising the guest, there more to it then that but I don't want to spoil the movie. I would recommend this for a number of reasons, 1. Its cheap to buy 2. If you love 80s movies 3. Good movie to watch.
