Man, Guardians of the Galaxy 2 is nearly, nearly here, we've been scouring the internet for every single little detail that we can get our hands on. On our boundless quest for knowledge, we've stumbled upon something pretty interesting on Reddit's /r/marvelstudios. A kind user by the name of Halfbloodmockingjay works in a cinema as a projectionist, and has given us some details about the enormous size of this movie.
We already know that Guardians has a pretty long runtime, but the standard 2D/3D release also runs up at 2:15:34, with an enormous filesize of 476.8gb, which means that the movies comes in at an enormous, high quality bitrate of 60Mbps, for comparison, a standard Blu-ray usually runs at around 20mbps, which is a truly staggering jump in quality.
You're not just going to want to get your bums on the seats just for the amazing picture quality, you're going to want to also strap in for the film's 5 end credits sequences, too, which starts at 2:07:47, which means that the movie has a good few minutes of extras on top of it! It's likely that we're going to get a teaser for The Avengers: Infinity War.
On top of this, the tracklist for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 also includes a swathe of classics, giving the movie the same vintage sci-fi feel as the previous one. This includes something that Marvel have also pushed out onto their Youtube Channel, a funky song named 'Guardians Inferno' by The Sneepers, and also features David Hasselhoff! We've attached it below for you!
