The Walk is based on the true story of high-wire artist Phillipe Petit, and his infamous walk between the World Trade Centre Towers. In the film, aided by an unlikely band of international recruits, Petit (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) and his gang overcome long odds, betrayals, dissension and countless close calls to conceive and execute their mad plan.
