Worth the investment
I live in an apartment where the bedrooms have fairly low ceilings and clouded glass. As such very little light gets into the rooms and I felt I had less energy in the mornings as a result. I thought i'd give this a go and after a couple of weeks I have noticed a difference. The increase in light that comes from the alarm has helped with a more gradual wake up and I do feel I have more energy. For the price it's definitely worth a go!
