Centuries of global warming have caused the polar ice caps to melt, flooding the earth as civilization is left adrift. The inhabitants of this once-flourishing planet cling to life on incredible floating cities, their existence constantly threatened by Smokers - bands of marauding pirates who roam the featureless surface of Waterworld. For the survivors, one chance remains: a solitary hero, known only as the Mariner. Battling the Smokers and their ruthless leader, the Deacon, the Mariner sets out with a beautiful woman and a mysterious little girl on a search for a new beginning.

Waterworld
I remember watching this film as a kid with my dad and wanted to watch it again, so went for the 4k and I want disappointed. Still not the best film ever made but it holds a special place in my heart and still holds up well!

Awesomeworld
I grew up with this movie, watching it with my dad, being able to enjoy it a new, in 4K with immersive audio is like being back then and there. p.s the LFE gets an awesome bump :)

Good fun
It’s an oldie but a goodie. Often gets bad press due to being a flop at the box office. Give it a go though. It’s a bit like Mad Max on water. Lots of action, good fun and a piece of film history all in one.

Waterworks 4k
One of my all time favourite movies , watched it numerous times so decided to upgrade to 4K and WOW...amazing picture and colour difference...5/5 💪
