5I've been waiting for this set since the first release and grabbed one without hesitation and so glad I dead as they are a beautiful collection with lots of extras on the discs including the extended cuts of each of the 3 movies The Steelbook really stands out in my collection too Great purchase

5This is quite possibly the best steelbook I've bought from Zavvi, equally this goes perfectly with the Hobbit set too over the moon with both of them.

Well worth the wait
5I’ve been wanting the box set for a very long time but I could never find a copy. LOTR is my all time favourite movie and yeah, it might be a little strange to now own 5 copies of it but WHAT a copy this is! The other 4K release is in such a dull a bland box but this is stunning. A must have for LOTR fans.

The Most Beautiful Steelbooks
5I have been wanting to purchase Lord of the Rings steelbooks for a while and knew I wouldn't settle for anything else, other than this collection. The artwork is simply stunning, the colouring, the design and detail is beautiful. As a steelbook collector these are some of the best I own. This trilogy deserved the very best, in terms of steelbooks. I adore the films and the behind the scenes footage is the greatest I have seen. If you're a fan of the films, this is an amazing collection.

Great Release!!!
5I was so happy when ZAVVI anouced this release. Finally received it the mail. Everything was perfect. I also have to thank ZAVVI for the care in shipping on this one. I've criticized them in the past but they did right by this release. Hope it continues. I definitely recommend this to anyone on the fence about picking this one up.

5Just so you know. These steelbooks DOESN'T have the age warning symbols on them. The pictures are incorrect. The only age warning symbol is on the outer case not on the individual steelbooks. These are the most beautiful steelbooks i own.

Almost Perfect
4I’d love to give this set 5 stars but there’s only one issue: The age warning symbols on the cases themselves. They’re kind of ruining the look of the set a little. As far as I know, a certain American edition of these doesn’t have the ratings on the cases, which makes this one a slightly inferior version.
