Great set
Bought this collection as The Exorcist is one of my favourite films ever and I wasn’t disappointed. Not only do you get both versions of the film on both 4K & Blu-ray but also a bonus disc with some good features, the book and cards and poster that come with the collection are great too,

Still scary now as it was the first time watching.
Well this is the golden oldy that set the bar as far as demonic possession goes if you haven't already seen this and are a horror film fan you just have to see it nay must see it ,the story is gripping as a home is evaded by Satan himself and his legion sets about possessing a teenage girl who at first is sweet as pie and it's all downhill for her until a couple of Catholic priests show up with a mission to get reprieve for the young child's soul , a roller-coaster of great makeup, effects and brilliant acting ensues , its a must see film and I highly recommend it to anybody who likes film and even would normally pass on the horror genre you will not be disappointed woaahaahaahaahaa grab the popcorn people its time to be seriously scared...

Beautiful boxset
The box is lovely, the posters and cards nice. Inside the steelbook is superb and it has 5 discs ingeniously crammed in! The booklet is glossy and all together a handsome package. The films blue rays are the same as before but house many excellent extras. There is a nice new bonus disc which has a couple on new short additions however. Meanwhile both cuts of the films are remastered in 4k (along with commentaries ported over) The film looks great until. The the last reel. I'm not sure what happened here but the exorcist itself seems to slide back to blu ray or worse quality and only improves in parts. Such a shame. Still, on the while I still give it a 5 stars.

Superb Set But Problematic Transfer
The overall package is fantastic, the steelbook with the original artwork is superb but there are times during the film where the picture quality seems off, I don't know whether it was a stylistic choice by Friedkin which has become more prominent in 4K or not but the majority of the PQ is sublime with just those moments of perceptibly lower quality.

Nice set
Really nice set of this classic film. Would have been better if the steelbook was a gloss finish and the discs weren't stacked . Over all happy to have this in my ever growing zavvi collection.

A 50 year old classic
The word "classic" is banded around far to often when people talk about movies , but The Exorcist is truly a classic . Beautifully shot , stunning sound design and top notch acting . This 4k Blu-ray disc is the best it's ever looked ( though it's got it's problems with the colour timing with a few scenes) The original mono track sounds crystal clear, and even though I'm not a fan of upgraded sound mixes , curiosity got the better of me and on my second watch I did put on the Dolby Atmos sound track ..... And I will admit it's really good . It's a great box set with the classic movie poster used as the image for the steel book, reversible movie poster , reproduction lobby cards and a few other thing thrown in for good measure
